Menopause, Testosterone,  Erectile Dysfunction, &  Bladder Symptoms.

At Oomph, we’re a telehealth practice providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for urologic conditions that are too often minimized, delayed, or managed with one-size-fits-all solutions. We specialize in treating concerns that sit at the intersection of urology and sexual health— including erectile dysfunction, bladder symptoms, and hormone-related changes such as low testosterone and menopause when they impact urinary or sexual function. We take the time to understand what’s really going on, because symptoms that affect confidence, intimacy, and daily life deserve more than surface-level answers or quick fixes. Our approach is rooted in asking better questions, looking deeper, and creating personalized plans that support real, lasting improvement.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Symptoms Deserve Better Answers

Because “Good Enough” Isn’t Good Enough.

Too often, urologic and sexual health symptoms are brushed off, minimized, or managed with quick fixes that don’t address the real problem. Patients are told to live with it, normalize it, or try another prescription—without anyone taking the time to understand why the symptoms are happening in the first place.

At Oomph, we believe urologic symptoms deserve more. Our care is rooted in careful evaluation, thoughtful questioning, and individualized treatment—especially for concerns that impact confidence, intimacy, and daily life. From erectile dysfunction and bladder symptoms to hormone-related changes that affect sexual or urinary function, we focus on identifying what’s truly driving your symptoms so we can treat them with intention, depth, and clarity.

This is care that looks beyond surface-level solutions and one-size-fits-all approaches—so you can feel informed, supported, and confident in the path forward.

Ready to feel like yourself again?

Personalized care to help you reconnect with your confidence, energy, and desire. We listen, look deeper, and create a plan that fits your goals and your life—so connection comes naturally again.

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is often a signal of an underlying issue—not just something to cover up. At Oomph, our goal is to identify and address the root causes of ED whenever possible, working toward meaningful improvement or reversal through personalized, evidence-based care.

Testosterone

Low testosterone can affect energy, libido, mood, and sexual function. At Oomph, we focus on identifying the cause of low testosterone and treating it thoughtfully—using individualized, evidence-based plans to restore balance and support long-term sexual and overall health.

Menopause

Hormonal changes during menopause can affect sexual function, bladder health, and overall well-being. We focus on understanding and treating menopause-related symptoms with individualized, evidence-based care so you can feel more comfortable and confident through this stage of life.

why oomph is different

Too often, care ends once an initial explanation is found. At Oomph, we take the time to look beyond default answers and surface-level conclusions. By considering history, patterns, and contributing factors, we work to understand what may be driving symptoms—so important details aren’t missed and care doesn’t stop too soon

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution for complex urologic, hormonal, or reproductive concerns. Instead of rushing to the quickest option, we build individualized plans grounded in evidence and clinical judgment. This allows care to be intentional, thoughtful, and responsive to what your body actually needs.

Progress Over Patches

Temporary relief has its place, but lasting improvement requires a longer view. Oomph focuses on care that supports meaningful, sustainable progress—whether that’s improving hormone balance, addressing recurrent bladder symptoms, supporting fertility, or optimizing sexual function. The goal is care that moves you forward, not just something to manage indefinitely.

The heart behind oomph

Meet the mind behind the medicine

Science-driven. Soul-led. Rooted in real conversations.

I’m Rachel—a board-certified nurse practitioner, accredited sexual health provider, and menopause specialist with a background in urology. After years in practice, I met countless individuals and couples who felt dismissed, rushed, or too uncomfortable to bring up what was really going on. Symptoms that affected their confidence, intimacy, bladder comfort, and daily life were often brushed aside or treated as an afterthought.

Oomph was created from that frustration—and from a belief that intimate, hormonal, and urologic health deserve real curiosity, compassion, and care. Here, every conversation matters, every symptom tells a story, and every plan is designed to uncover why it’s happening—not just cover it up. My goal? To help you feel connected—to your body, your partner, and yourself—again.
