At Oomph, every service is built around your story—and the real ways symptoms impact your daily life and your relationships. We look beyond quick fixes to understand the root causes behind what’s holding you back, whether it’s shifting hormones, bladder discomfort, low energy, or changes in desire. Every plan is evidence-based, personal, and designed to restore balance from the inside out.
Because when your body feels aligned, everything follows—your comfort, your confidence, your intimacy, and the way you connect with your partner. From hormone care and bladder support to sexual wellness and energy optimization, this is care that helps you feel like yourself again.
— Diane Von Fürstenberg
Erectile dysfunction isn’t just about performance—it’s about connection, confidence, and overall health. At Oomph, we take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to uncover why it’s happening instead of masking it with a quick fix. From hormone balance and cardiovascular health to stress, sleep, and lifestyle factors, we look at the full picture. Every plan is personalized to help you regain natural function, rebuild confidence, and feel more like yourself again—both in and out of the bedroom.
Low testosterone can show up as fatigue, low libido, brain fog, irritability, or loss of muscle—and it’s often brushed off as “just getting older.” At Oomph, we know better. We take the time to understand your hormone patterns, lifestyle, and goals so we can find out what’s really going on. Through evidence-based treatment and ongoing support, we’ll help you restore balance, rebuild energy, and rediscover your drive—so you can feel strong, focused, and fully yourself again.
Perimenopause and menopause aren’t the end of feeling like yourself—they’re a transition that deserves real understanding, not dismissal. At Oomph, we take your symptoms seriously—whether it’s brain fog, hot flashes, bladder urgency, discomfort with intimacy, mood changes, or fatigue—and look deeper at the hormone shifts driving them. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that blends evidence-based hormone therapy with simple, realistic support that fits your life. The goal isn’t just to get through this stage—it’s to help you feel clear, balanced, comfortable, and confident in your body again.
Q&A
Right now, Oomph is available to patients in Maryland, with more states coming soon. If you’d like to be the first to know when we expand to your area, you can join the waitlist by sending us an email. We prioritize launching in states with the longest waitlists, so your interest truly makes a difference.
We don’t accept insurance at this time. This allows us to focus on personalized, unhurried care that isn’t limited by coverage restrictions or rushed visit times. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
At Oomph, you’re never just given a prescription and sent on your way. We take the time to understand what’s really causing your symptoms—whether hormonal, metabolic, or lifestyle-driven—and build a plan that’s truly yours. Every patient receives ongoing support, education, and follow-up, because real results don’t come from quick fixes.
Our process is simple—and built around you.
Step 1: We start with your intake and lab work so we can see the full picture of what’s going on inside your body.
Step 2: You’ll meet with your provider to review your results and create a personalized treatment plan designed to address your symptoms and goals.
Step 3: You’ll move into maintenance and ongoing support, where we fine-tune your plan, track progress, and help you stay feeling like yourself again—for good.
How Oomph Works
Innovating brilliance
I’m Rachel—a board-certified nurse practitioner, accredited sexual health provider, and menopause specialist. After years in practice, I met countless individuals and couples who felt dismissed, rushed, or too uncomfortable to bring up what was really going on. The symptoms that affected their intimacy, confidence, and connection were often brushed aside or treated as an afterthought.
Oomph was created from that frustration—and from a belief that sexual health deserves real curiosity, compassion, and care. Here, every conversation matters, every symptom tells a story, and every plan is designed to uncover why it’s happening—not just cover it up. My goal? To help you feel connected—to your body, your partner, and yourself—again.
