about Oomph

Where the issues no one talks about finally get the care they deserve.

Oomph was created to change the way people experience care for sexual, hormonal, and bladder health. Too often, symptoms like erectile dysfunction, low libido, bladder pain, urgency, leakage, or menopause changes are treated as afterthoughts—rushed through, minimized, or met with a quick prescription and little explanation. But these issues affect far more than the body. They influence confidence, connection, and the way couples show up for each other.

At Oomph, we take a different approach. We look at the whole picture—hormones, habits, pelvic floor, lifestyle, and the everyday factors that shape how you feel. Every treatment plan starts with curiosity, empathy, and real evidence-based care. Whether you’re hoping to restore function, ease bladder discomfort, improve intimacy, or finally get answers about symptoms you’ve been told to “just live with,” Oomph is here to help you feel like yourself again.

Our care goes deeper than symptom checklists. We look for the why—the patterns, imbalances, and hidden links that explain what your body has been trying to tell you. Every plan is grounded in science, personalized to your story, and designed to help you feel connected—to your body, to your partner, and to your sense of self again.

Root-Cause Care

We don’t just treat the symptom — we find out why it’s happening. Whether it’s hormones, circulation, pelvic health, or stress, we dig deeper to identify what’s really driving your symptoms. Because lasting change only comes from treating the source, not the surface.

Evidence Meets Empathy

You deserve care that’s both clinically sound and personally attuned. Every Oomph plan is built from research-backed medicine, delivered with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment. We translate science into solutions that actually fit your life.

Feeling Good Changes Everything

Your sexual and hormonal health affect everything—energy, connection, desire, even how you show up in your life. We help rebuild confidence from the inside out, so you can feel powerful in your body and your relationships again.

Intimacy Redefined

At Oomph, we go beyond prescriptions to help you and your partner truly understand what’s happening in your body—and why. We break down the science of sexual and urologic health in clear, real-world language, so you can make confident choices together. You’ll leave not just treated, but empowered with the knowledge to care for your body—and your connection—with confidence.

How I did it

My journey

Urology Nurse Practitioner

Where It All Began

My journey started in urology—the foundation for everything I do now. I quickly learned that urology is about so much more than the bladder. It’s about the body’s most intimate systems and how they influence confidence, connection, and overall wellbeing. The field has evolved to recognize that sexual health, libido, vaginal dryness, pain with sex, and hormone balance—including testosterone—are inseparable from urologic health. That’s where my work began: helping people restore function and feel like themselves again.

Sexual Health Provider

The Missing Conversation

From there, I became an AASECT-certified sexual health provider—because I kept seeing the same pattern. Patients weren’t broken; they were overlooked. Their symptoms were dismissed, their concerns brushed off, and their care reduced to a prescription. Oomph was born out of that frustration. This is where I leaned in—bringing medical insight, curiosity, and compassion to the most misunderstood parts of health. Because sexual health isn’t an afterthought. It’s a vital sign.

Menopause Specialist

The Next Chapter

As my practice grew, I found myself working with more women navigating perimenopause and menopause—each with a story that sounded familiar: “I just don’t feel like myself anymore.” These transitions deserve more than sympathy; they deserve solutions. My approach combines hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to restore balance, energy, and libido. Because thriving through this phase isn’t unrealistic—it’s the standard we should all expect.
